The 16A601 Agility Ladder is the most basic piece of speed equipment used by coaches. The Agility Ladder allows for a variety of quick-feet drills to enhance a players foot speed. The 16A601 Agility Ladder can be easily folded and stored in the included carry bag. Take your footwork agility training to the next level with the Kwik Goal Agility Ladder. The ladder consists of 14 fixed rungs along a 20 foot long ladder which is 20 inches wide. The bright yellow rungs are easy for players to see in the grass during a training session.
